Each day  - we must dedicate our lives and bodies to the Lord.  To be sanctified,  is about committing ourselves to the Lord.  We must choose to put off our old self and put our new self put on.  A spiritual act to allow God to transform our mind. When we read Scripture, we are challenged.   It's important to God that we participate in life, working, community.  Idle minds need work.   Don't waste your time on people who can insult you.  People who do things to you, pray for them,  for one
