Justification- justified before Christ.   Message of the cross.   If Jesus did not die, there would be no remission of sin. Santification is you working out your salvation with the Lord. Live a life that takes a clean path.  Take authority over our lives in Christ. Live as Christ commands.  It is not instant.  It takes time.   It involves you and God. We cannot work our to salvation.  Once we have it when then work through it. Love each other.  Like each other. Ephesians 4:1-6 The first 3 chapters of Ephesians sets out how to live as God's people. Popular belief today is that you can be a Christian and be a loner.  Scripture does not teach this. We are to walk as God's people.   We are no longer our own but we are to walk as one of God's people; in his way.  Important to God and for our salvation.   God wants us to be proud of walking his way but not be proud in it.  Don't think we are far above or we are better. We are not in  competition with each other.  We are to walk life together.  Meek:  I know what's it like to have and not  have but I am content. When strife gets in your life you won't cope unless you are walking life with God. 1 Corinthians 10:13 2 Corinthians   5:10 If you are finding it hard to forgive then you have not looked at yourself and what is going on in your life. This represents Paul's second prayer for the church.  For the power of the Holy Spirit in the church. Ephesians 1:16-17 you will see Paul asks for wisdom and revelation for the church, so we may know him better. It's in our knowing God that we grow up and have a relationship with God. Ephesians 3:14-21 - Paul is on his knees and giving reverence to God. Paul has come in humility not in pride.    When you read scripture Paul had to say a lot of things that upset people but this shows Paul really giving God the reverence and honour. v15  this is about every family on earth that wants to commit to God derives their name from Abraham. We are of the family of Abraham. 3 things prayed for: - prays for Holy Spirit being in us (v16) - Christ be in us (v17-18) - fullness of God (v19) It shows us each member of the Trinity has.  That we have Christ, the Holy Spirit and God in us. v 21 giving Christ glory so that future generations can continue. v 20  How do we get this glory

We had a wonderful night.   Thankyou Lord for the encouragement of wonderful brothers and sisters in the Lord singing with us! We had the Gideon's come and share with us. Psalm 68:6 In our daily life we often wonder who we are, what we are doing (even in this church). Genesis 1 Man was created  for a purpose - to be in relationship.  Everyone has a free will.  When God made Adam and Eve He gave them some special things.  God is god  of past, present and future.   We need to be ready everyday for  Christ's return. Romans 17-20 We are part of God's creation.   Genesis is the seed bed of the whole Bible.   Where everything is found.  The Old Testament is in New revealed; and the New Testament is in the Old Testament concealed. God is not mysterious.   He wants to be in a daily relationship with us each day.  He created us to be special people.  God has given us a talent to take hold of and use and further His kingdom. Like building a house where there are specialized trades; each comes and the house is built into one.   The same in Church-each of us has a talent given by God to contribute to the body. 2 Timothy 1 The standing or dignity or good name of Preacher is extremely important. We pick this up from God's Word. We all have the opportunity to be heralders of the Word. Two things you can do on earth: 1. sin and 2. tell others about Jesus. Seek the glory of God in everything you do. Jesus took back the glory lost by Adam in the Garden of Eden when he went to the cross, died and rose again. In nature the head is protected (eg by the hand).
