He builds an altar  and worships God. In Romans 4:3, Abraham was considered righteous.  If you put your faith and trust in God you will live right.  Psalm 1 tells of a righteous man. We come together to celebrate God – He gives us the inspiration and restoration. In Isaiah 40, Isaiah takes the people to task for being without hope when their spirit is under affliction.   We are to be human beings NOT human doings.   This passage was written to inspire and arouse God’s people to have emotion – to be and not to do.
