The law was excellent.   The problem is us.  The law has been fulfilled by Christ.   He fulfilled it, not us. Romans 8:1-5 We can't live the law perfectly. The law was excellent. The cross has been done; Jesus gives us life.  He then gives us the Spirit. We can choose whether to stand on our own merits (keep every law) or stand in the Lord (grace) Your choice in life- sin or Christ. Slave of sinfulness or a slave of righteousnessness.  Our choice. No matter what our faults,  God is faithful. We are to love people and bring them to God.  God does the "work" in their lives. The Bible is God's Word to us. Human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit wrote it. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because God inspires it, it is the truth without any mixture of error. John 20:30-31 1. Miracles which declare His Divinity. (3) When He drove the buyers and sellers out of the Temple, He claimed as His own that Temple in which He often appeared as a common worshipper. (4) And when He cast out devils, they sometimes confessed Him as the Son of God. 2. The Lord appeared among men in the lowest of condition,  yet He gathered a people who were to receive Him as, “the Son of God.” There were “signs” which manifest
