Ephesians - we need to put ourselves in a place where we are built up not put down. Our first purpose in life is to worship God. Man - tries to fix his body first.  Find yourself and fix it yourself.  Body and emotions give you trouble.  Spirit is dead. But then in life we meet & connect with God; the spirit within the man comes alive. Where does God dwell today?  The Holy Spirit dwells in those who follow Christ. Romans 12:1-2

Haggai Chapter 1 Haggai encouraged the people in Jerusalem to re-start the building program which they had abandoned 16 years previously to complete the temple. Those who had, under the proclamation of Cyrus, returned to Jerusalem began by repairing the altar and laying the foundation of the temple, now have built their homes, farmed their land and built their economy. What about the temple?  An unfinished building that shows what happens when fear overtakes. Haggai now tells the people, the Lord says, "Consider your ways!" Something to think about? 1 Thessalonians 2:7-9 We need to be involved in the life of the town.  Paul and his companions put their heart and life into serving the people. Sometimes Christian workers treat the Gospel as a commodity.  But it's not.  That's not how Paul and his companions presented the Gospel. The apostles come into the town and they confront the role of priest.  Jesus was a Rabbi - teacher. A father - as we look to learn spiritual lessons - love and commitment.
